Fresh and sweet, the strawberry and yogurt popsicle is very simple to prepare, fast and perfect for hot scorching days. This delicious recipe uses only 4 ingredients, all natural.
This version we use the Strawberry Extra Preserve Cascina San Cassiano, but also try it with the Blackberries Extra Preserve Cascina San Cassiano or the Organic Blueberry Extra Preserve Cascina San Cassiano.
If you are vegan, you can use coconut yogurt or almond yogurt.
- 250g of plain yogurt/ greek yoghurt (sweetened or unsweetened)
- 150g of Strawberry Extra Preserve Cascina San Cassiano
- Few slices of fresh strawberries (optional)
To create a rainbow pattern, take the ice lolly/ popsicle moulds and pour 1 tbsp of the yoghurt, add 1 tsp of the Strawberry jam and then add 1 slice of fresh strawberries, then put the yoghurt again repeat until the mould is almost full. Finally take ice cream stick, mix gently for a few moments and put everything in the freezer for at least 6 hours. Enjoy it on a really hot day! Slurrps !
